A Pomeranian breeder takes great pride in his new purebred Pomeranian puppies. So, though he is anxious to find homes for them, he diligently scrutinizes the buyers, before he agrees to sell the puppies. This could be a difficult situation, because the breeder may ask the buyer some questions, expecting answers from him.

If the buyer already has pets, even a veterinary reference could be demanded. In order to ensure that the puppies get a good family where they are loved and cared for, the responsible Pomeranian breeder does not sell his puppies to just anyone.

Once the puppy is taken away, the buyer can always get back to the Pomeranian breeder if any help is needed. Even the breeder enjoys staying in touch with the new families of the puppies. Although the breeder discusses all the possible problems regarding health and temperament before selling the puppy, he likes to give the buyer advice and help whenever needed.

It is difficult, in any case, to judge a fake Pomeranian breeder. As a puppy it is difficult to make out that it is not purebred. But in some cases people have bought a fake Pomeranian, thinking that it was a purebred. After the realizing the error they have even asked for their money back.

There are many websites where breeders sell their Pomeranians directly. It is better to choose your breeder from one of the known websites, or even find a Pomeranian breeder in your neighborhood.

The Pomeranian, after having lived with Pomeranian breeders, should be cared and loved in the family that it lives in. They can be trained to be good guard dogs, and can be very wary when strangers enter the house. They bark incessantly sometimes and that is why training them is necessary. This job is sometimes taken over by the Pomeranian breeder willingly.

Since Pomeranians are extremely good guard dogs, they are especially suitable for families. Pomeranian breeders can also give this training, because they have the experience of dealing with Pomeranians. Of course they may sometimes snap at children, because they are by nature temperamental.

They are playful too and fit in very well as family dogs. It is a very common pet amongst families living in apartments as well. So they need to exercise regularly and therefore should be taken for short walks.
